Edge Deluxe 110 OC Induction

The 110 OC Induction features an 80 litre main multifunction fan oven equipped with eight cooking functions, and a second 80 litre fan oven. There is a proving draw on the lower right as well as a large capacity grill compartment with a deluxe flexi grill above the main oven. The Induction hotplate has five cooking zones with a bridging function on the right. Simply bridge the two zones together to make one large zone and you can cook vegetables, toasted sandwiches or perfectly griddled steak. Plus, benefit from a range of heat settings for melting chocolate directly in the pan, rapid boil or ‘hot holding’ for curries and chilli.
